Common questions

ScreenCandy doesn't show up in my share sheet

On iOS, tap Share on a screenshot, scroll the app row to the end, tap More, then Edit, and add ScreenCandy to Favourites. On Android, share an image once and ScreenCandy will appear in the share targets from then on.

Where do my exports go?

Arriving at the Share screen saves the image to Photos automatically. You can also copy it, save to Files, or send it straight to an app from the destination tiles.

How do I restore ScreenCandy Pro?

Settings → Restore purchases, on the same store account you bought it with.

How do I delete my data?

Everything lives on your phone. Settings → Storage lets you delete per project or clear all; uninstalling removes everything. See Privacy.
